How to Cancel or Request a Refund for Your Rack-Point Service

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel a service or request a refund, you can easily manage cancellations through your Rack-Point client portal. This article also shares some friendly reminders about our policies to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

Canceling Your Service

Here’s how you can cancel your service at any time:

  1. Log in to your Rack-Point Client Area.
  2. Go to Services > My Services.
  3. Select the service you'd like to cancel.
  4. Under Management Actions, click Request Cancellation.
  5. Choose whether you want to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing cycle.
  6. Feel free to share a reason (optional) and submit your request.

We’ll take care of the rest! Immediate cancellations will be processed soon after your request, while cancellations at the end of your billing cycle let you keep using the service until then. Just a heads-up — as noted in our Terms of Service, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, but we’re always happy to listen if you have any concerns.

  • Subscription Fees: These cover the service for the billing period and are usually non-refundable, but exceptions can be discussed.
  • Billing Cycle: Cancelling stops future billing, but won’t automatically refund payments already made.
  • Service Suspension: In rare cases, we may need to suspend or terminate services due to policy violations or non-payment, but we always strive to communicate openly and fairly.
  • Your Data: Please back up any important content before canceling, as your data may be deleted after cancellation.
  • Account Accuracy: Keeping your account information up to date helps avoid interruptions and makes sure we can support you quickly.
